Roasted Julienne Vegetables

Amount Ingredients
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Mirepoix Base
1/8 tsp. White Pepper, Ground
1 qt. Onions, Julienne Cut
1 qt. Mushrooms, Julienne Cut
2-1/4 cups Red Bell Peppers, Julienne Cut
2-1/4 cups Green Peppers, Julienne Cut
PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Gold Label Mirepoix Base and white pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Add onions, mushrooms, red peppers and green peppers. Toss until well coated. Let sit for 20 minutes. Toss again.
  3. Spread vegetables out on a paper-lined sheet pan. Bake in a preheated 375º F conventional oven for 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
