Amount Ingredients
8 oz. Water, Hot
1 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base
1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin Style Citrus Sauce
3 each Shrimp, 21/25, Peeled and Deveined, Raw
3 each Littleneck Clams
4 each Mussels, Cleaned
1 each Salmon (4 oz.) Skinless, Boneless, Grilled
PREPARATION

  1. Over high heat, blend water and Gold Label Lobster Base to create instant lobster stock.
  2. Add Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce, shrimp, clams and mussels.
  3. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 8-10 minutes.
  4. Portion into bowl and top with salmon fillet and all cooking liquid.
