Amount Ingredients
1 lb. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base
4 gal. Water
2 lbs. Onions, Diced
1 lb. Celery, Diced
1 lb. Carrots, Diced
2 lbs. Chicken, Cooked, Chopped
1-1/4 lbs. Rice, Uncooked
1/2 Tbsp. White Pepper, Ground
1-1/2 cup Parsley, Chopped
PREPARATION

  1. Dissolve Gold Label Chicken Base in water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add vegetables, chicken and rice to stock. Reduce heat and gently boil approximately 30-40 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in pepper and parsley.
