Amount Ingredients
1 lb Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base
4 gals Water
3 lbs Chicken, Cooked, Diced
2 lbs Onions, Diced
1 lb Carrots, Diced
1 lb Celery, Diced
1 Tbsp. Black Pepper, Ground
1-1/2 lbs Egg Noodles
PREPARATION

  1. Dissolve Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base in water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer.
  2. Add all ingredients to stock. Simmer until tender.
  3. Add noodles and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
