Amount Ingredients
1/2 cup Green Onions, Sliced Thin
2 cups Snow Peas, Cut on Diagonal
4 cups Chinese/Napa Cabbage, Fine Cut
2 cups Carrots, Sliced Thin on Diagonal
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1-1/2 lbs. Chicken, Cooked & Sliced to Bite Size Pieces
24 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce
1-1/2 lbs. Japanese Soba (Buckwheat) Noodles, Cooked Per Directions
1-1/2 qt. Asian Broth (Per Recipe on Custom Culinary® Website)
24 each Cilantro, Fresh Leaves
PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend green onions, snow peas, cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a wok or large sauté pan, heat oil. Cook fresh vegetable mixture 10-12 seconds, tossing constantly.
  3. For each portion:
  4. In serving bowl, place 2 oz. cooked soba noodles and 1 cup stir fried vegetable mixture. Add 2 oz. chicken and 2 oz. Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce. Ladle 4 oz. Asian Broth into bowl. Top with two fresh cilantro leaves.
