Yield: 72 matzo balls

Amount Ingredients
15 Eggs
6 oz. Margarine
6 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base
1 lb. Matzo Flour
3 Tbsp. Parlsey, Fresh Chopped
1 tsp. White Pepper
1 gal. Water
PREPARATION

  1. Beat eggs, margarine and 2 oz. Gold Label Chicken Base for 5 minutes.
  2. Add matzo flour, parsley and pepper. Beat 2 minutes until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Dissolve 4 oz. Gold Label Chicken Base in 1 gallon water. Bring to a boil. Roll dough into balls. Drop into boiling water. Bring to a rapid boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.
