1 cup	Rice Vermicelli, cooked per package instructions
1 oz.	Shiitake Mushroom caps, sliced
2 oz.	Mini Meatballs
1-1/4 cups	Custom Culinary^® Beef Pho Broth
1 oz.	Caramelized Onions
1 pinch	Chopped Parsley

PREPARATION

Place vermicelli noodles in bowl
Add sliced shiitake caps and meatballs
Cover with hot Pho Broth
Top with caramelized onions and garnish with chopped parsley
