What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1 cup Rice Vermicelli, cooked per package instructions
1 oz. Shiitake Mushroom caps, sliced
2 oz. Mini Meatballs
1-1/4 cups Passport Global Flavors by Custom Culinary® Beef Pho Broth
1 oz. Caramelized Onions
1 pinch Chopped Parsley
PREPARATION

  1. Place vermicelli noodles in bowl
  2. Add sliced shiitake caps and meatballs
  3. Cover with hot Pho Broth
  4. Top with caramelized onions and garnish with chopped parsley
  5. Serve immediately
