Amount Ingredients
3 lbs. Turkey, Ground
2-1/2 cups Onions, Small Diced
1/2 cup Green Peppers, Small Diced
1/2 tsp.
1 quart
Garlic, Minced
Hot Water
1-1/2 qts. Tomatoes, Canned, Diced in Juice
1-1/2 lbs. Red Pinto Beans, Canned, Drained
1/3 cup Custom Culinary® Masters Touch Herb Roasted Beef Base
1 Tbsp. Chili Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp. Mexican Oregano, Dried
1/2 Tbsp. Cumin, Ground
3/4 Tbsp. Black Pepper, Ground
PREPARATION

  1. In a cook pot on medium high heat, cook turkey until browned. Add onions, green peppers and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent and tender.
  2. Add tomatoes, pinto beans, Master’s Touch® Herb Roasted Beef Base, chili seasoning, oregano, cumin and black pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 1 hour.
