Black garlic, glaze

Jalapeno, sliced ¼” garnish

Cilantro, leaves, garnish
PREPARATION
In a medium-sized saucepan, warm tomato paste and cream. Reduce slightly.
Add the Indian-Style butter sauce and bring to a gentle boil.
Serve hot or allow to cool and pour into storage containers. Keeps 3-5 days in refrigerator.
To Serve
Ladle hot soup into a warm bowl.
Place a half Tikka Grilled Cheese on the side.
Top soup with a drizzle of black garlic glaze.
Top with thinly sliced jalapenos and cilantro leaves.
CHEF'S TIP
Add cayenne pepper and your favorite minced chilies for a spicier tomato soup. Use your creativity and garnish with any flavors or textures your guests desire.
