2 ea. Texas Toast
2 slices Pork Loin
3 ea. Tomato, Quartered
1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded
2 ea. Bacon
  Chow-Chow Gravy
1-1/2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy Mix
1/2 cup Prepared Chow-Chow Relish*
PREPARATION

  1. To prepare Chow-Chow Gravy, whisk all ingredients together until it is fully cooked.
  2. To prepare Low Country Hot Brown, layer buttered toast, pork loin, tomatoes, gravy, and cheese in baking dish.
  3. Broil the sandwich until the top is golden brown.
  4. Finish with two slices of bacon.
