Amount Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken Thighs, Cut into Strips
1/2 cup Lime Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Ancho Flavor Concentrate
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® True Foundations Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate
2 cups Slaw Mix, Bagged
1/2 cup Custom Culinary®  Jalapeno Relish
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1-1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
12 ea. Corn Tortillas, 4"

  1. Marinade chicken thighs in lime juice, olive oil,  Ancho Flavor Concentrate, and  Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate. Let sit for 2-4 hours.
  2. Cook over a flame grill.
  3. Mix bagged slaw mix with Jalapeno Relish, red wine vinegar, and lime juice. Let sit for 1-2 hours before serving.
  4. Whisk together sour cream and Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
  5. Build each taco on a grilled 4" corn tortilla.
