What You'll Need

Recipe Ingredients
4 oz. Rice-sushi, brown, cooked, chilled
1 oz. Edamame, cooked, chilled
1 oz. Carrots, peeled, julienned, ¼ ‘’
3 oz. Cabbage, purple, shaved, ¼ “shred
4 oz. Tuna, Ahi, Sashimi-grade-diced-medium
1 oz. Onions, pickled, red, prepared
3 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tsp. Sesame seeds-toasted

  1. In a chilled salad bowl, mound the sushi rice into a pile in the middle.
  2. Next, add the edamame, carrots, and cabbage.
  3. Top with the tuna and pickled red onions.
  4. Top with a drizzle of the Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chili Garlic Sauce and a sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
