Asian Style Grilled Pork Sirloins

Succulent grilled pork sirloin steaks marinated with an Asian-style lemongrass ginger marinade featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate.

Amount Ingredients
  Asian Style Ginger, Lemongrass Chicken Marinade
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Ginger, Fresh Minced or Puree Paste
2 Tbsp. Lemongrass, Puree Paste
4 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate
10 ea. Pork Sirloin Steaks, 8 oz. Boneless
PREPARATION

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, blend oil, ginger, and lemongrass paste and Gold Label True Foundations Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate.
  2. Add pork steaks and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours or overnight for best flavor infusion.
  4. To prepare marinated steaks, char grill marinated steaks marking both sides, remove to a sheet pan and finish in a 350°F oven to desired temperature.
