Chicken Stir Fry

Chicken Stir Fry brings together the enticing flavors of soy sauce, honey, gochujang sauce, bell peppers, onions, shiitake mushrooms, and garlic.

Amount Ingredients
  Marinade and Cooking Sauce for Chicken
3 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate
1/4 cup Vegetable or Peanut Oil (#1)
1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce, Low or Reduced Sodium
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Gochujang Sauce
1 lb. Chicken Thighs, Boneless, Skinless, Sliced into Finger Size Strips
2 Tbsp. Vegetable or Peanut Oil (#2)
1 ea. Red, Yellow, Green Bell Peppers, Cut into Stir Fry Style Strips
1 ea. Onion, Cut into Stir Fry Style Strips
1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, Sliced
2 tsp. Garlic, Minced
1 lb. Pasta, Penne, or Your Favorite Pasta, Cooked, Shocked, and Chilled
PREPARATION

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients for marinade.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a stainless pan, add half of the prepared marinade and toss chicken to coat evenly. Cover and place in fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor infusion.
  3. Prepare the vegetables.
  4. To prepare the stir fry, drain the marinated chicken.
  5. In a large Wok or sauté pan over high heat, heat oil #2 and sauté chicken. Set aside.
  6. Sauté vegetables add remaining marinade sauce along with cooked chicken.
  7. Add in precooked pasta, toss until hot approximately 2-3 minutes.
