2 qts. Pasta Cream Sauce, Prepared, Hot (See Separate Recipe)
2-1/2 Tbsp. Parsley, Fresh Chopped
2 lbs. Pasta of Choice, Cooked
1 lb. Ham, Cooked, Smoked, Medium Diced
1 lb. Carrots, Sliced Medium, Cooked
1 lb. Peas, Frozen, Thawed
1 lb. Pearl Onions, Frozen, Thawed
1 lb. Cornbread, Cooked, Roughly Broken
1 Tbsp. Thyme Leaves, Dried

Pasta Cream Sauce
Amount Ingredients
2 qt. Water, Hot
2 qt. Half and Half
20 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter
3 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base
PREPARATION

Casserole
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta cream sauce and parsley. Blend thoroughly with a wire whip.
  2. Add pasta, ham, carrots, peas and onions. Blend completely and portion evenly into 4 inch deep half size Gastronom pans.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine cornbread and thyme. Top each pan with 1/2 of the mixture.
  4. Bake in 350ºF oven for 30 minutes.
Pasta Cream Sauce
  1. In a 2-gallon sauce pot over medium high heat combine water, cream, and Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup and Sauce Starter, blend thoroughly with a wire whip.
  2. Bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes, stir occasionally until fully thickened.
  3. Add Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base.
  4. Hold warm or chill until needed.
