Yield: 26 servings

Amount Ingredients
1/2 gal. Pasta Cream Sauce, Prepared, Hot (See Separate Recipe)
1 lb. Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1/2 lb. Bacon, Cooked, Small Chopped
2 lbs. Pasta of Choice, Cooked
2 lbs. Broccoli, Flowerettes, Cooked
1 lb. Mushrooms, Sliced, Cooked
3/4 cup Green Onions, Thin Sliced
4 cups Crackers, Roughly Broken
1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese, Grated
PREPARATION

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta cream sauce, cheese and bacon. Blend thoroughly with a wire whip.
  2. Add cooked pasta, broccoli, mushrooms, and onions. Blend completely and portion into two half size Gastronome pans.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine crackers and cheese. Top each pan evenly with 1/2 of the mixture.
  4. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 30 minutes.
