Amount Ingredients
  Lobster Infused Vinaigrette Dressing:
1-1/2 cups Prepared Light Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base
2 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
  Pasta Salad:
4 lbs. Short Cut Pasta, Cooked, Chilled (Penne, Rotini or Shells)
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, Medium Diced
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, Medium Diced
1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, Medium Diced
3/4 cup Spanish Onion, Medium Diced
2 lbs. Shrimp, 50/70 size, Peeled & Deveined, Cooked, Chilled
  Garnish:
1/4 cup Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
1/4 cup Green Onion, Fine Chopped
PREPARATION

  1. For Dressing: In a small mixnig bowl, blend vinaigrette, sugar, Gold Label Lobster Base and black pepper.
  2. To prepare salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chilled pasta, peppers, onions and cooked chilled shrimp. Toss gently.
  3. Blend in prepared lobster infused dressing. Toss gently to evenly coat and disperse ingredients.
  4. Cover and chill until service.
  5. To serve: Portion into 6 oz. salad and garnish with parsley and green onion.
