Amount Ingredients
5 oz. Chef's Own® Hollandaise Sauce Mix
2 cups Water
2 cups Coconut Milk
1-1/2 Tbsp. Thai Red Curry Powder
PREPARATION

  1. Combine water and coconut milk and bring to a rapid boil; reduce heat.
  2. Immediately add Chef's Own® Hollandaise Sauce Mixand mix with a wire whip until sauce is smooth and thickened; remove from heat.
  3. Add Madras or Thai red curry powder.
