Coconut Curry Hollandaise

A twist on a classic mother sauce to add intense flavors to any dish. Featuring Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate, Coconut Curry Hollandaise combines the intense flavors of coconut and Thai red curry.

Amount Ingredients
1 jar Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate
2 cups Water
2 cups Coconut Milk
1-1/2 Tbsp. Thai Red Curry Powder
PREPARATION

  1. Combine water and coconut milk and bring to a rapid boil; reduce heat.
  2. Immediately add 1 jar of Master’s Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate and mix with a wire whip until sauce is smooth and thickened; remove from heat.
  3. Add Madras or Thai red curry powder.
