Spicy Asian Slaw

A delicious, crunchy, and acidic slaw that pairs with all your favorite proteins or rich dishes.

Yield: 1 quart

2 c. Cabbage, green, shredded
½ c. Cabbage, purple, shredded
½ c. Carrots, julienned, ¼” matchsticks
¼ c. Scallions, sliced, ¼”
¼ c. Cilantro, leaves & stems, chopped
½ c. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeno Relish

1. Gently mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
2. Transfer the slaw to a plastic storage container and keep it cool until ready to serve.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
