1 cup Rice Vermicelli, cooked per package intructions
1 oz. Baby Bok Choy, sliced
1 oz. Carrots, matchstick cut
1 oz. Cooked and shredded Chicken thighs
1-1/4 cups Custom Culinary® Thai Style Vegetable Broth
1 ea Freshly poached egg
1 wedge Lime Wedge
PREPARATION

  1. Place prepared noodles in a bowl
  2. Add vegetables and chicken
  3. Add hot broth
  4. Top with poached egg
  5. Squeeze lime wedge into bowl
  6. Serve immediately
